Shopify work is quoted by project or billed at an agreed hourly rate after we review your store and goals. Shopify plans, paid themes, apps, and transaction fees are paid separately to the relevant providers.
Shopify setup and customization are separate from our fixed-price business website packages. Theme, app, and plan capabilities can affect what is possible; we confirm the approach before starting.
Work is scheduled by agreement. We confirm availability before committing to deadlines; these services do not include emergency or around-the-clock support.
