This policy explains how Wannawow, LLC ("Wannawow") handles information when you visit wannawow.com, contact the business through email or the project and support forms, or purchase its services. Client websites and other businesses linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Information Wannawow receives
- Inquiries and client work: information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, project details, correspondence, and materials or account access needed for agreed services.
- Checkout project details: the business or project name and, if you choose to provide it, your current website or desired domain. Stripe collects these custom fields at checkout and makes them available to Wannawow with your order so Wannawow can identify your project and follow up about the work.
- Billing information: customer contact and billing details, purchased services, invoices, subscription status, payment history, and limited payment method details such as card brand and last four digits. Payment information entered in Stripe checkout or its customer portal is processed by Stripe; Wannawow’s website does not collect full card numbers.
- Website usage and technical information: pages visited, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, campaign identifiers, and interaction events through Google Analytics. Wannawow’s hosting provider may also process IP addresses, request times, URLs, and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website.
How Wannawow uses information
Wannawow uses information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver work, manage websites and domains, process billing, send service and renewal communications, keep business records, understand website usage, troubleshoot problems, and protect Wannawow’s services. Wannawow also uses information when needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve billing and service disputes.
Service providers and disclosures
Wannawow shares information with providers as needed to operate the business and perform the services you request. These include Resend for delivering project and support form submissions to Wannawow’s inbox, Stripe for invoicing, checkout, payments, subscriptions, and the customer billing portal, Vercel for website hosting, Google Analytics for website measurement, and providers used for email, project work, domain registration, or ecommerce when relevant to your services.
Stripe also processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Vercel describes its handling of information in its Privacy Notice.
Wannawow may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect rights, security, and safety. If the business is transferred or reorganized, relevant business records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Support requests are emailed to Bill through Resend. The form does not upload files or store submissions in a website database. Copies of your request may remain in Wannawow’s email and delivery provider records.
Website technologies and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure activity across visits. Google receives information from your browser when the analytics tag runs. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers. Browser controls may not prevent every form of technical logging.
The website package cards link to the request form. If you select a package, its name is used to prefill your request; you can edit that message before sending. Stripe-hosted invoices, checkout, and the billing portal may use cookies and similar technologies to operate their services and help prevent fraud. See Stripe's Cookie Policy for more information.
Retention and security
Wannawow keeps information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including ongoing client services, business and tax records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. The period varies with the type of record and the reason it is held.
Wannawow uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information it handles, but no website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not email full payment card details or passwords.
Your choices and requests
You can contact hello@wannawow.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Wannawow holds about you, or to ask questions about its use. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. Wannawow may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, accounting, or legitimate service purposes.
You can update billing details through your Stripe customer portal when available, or contact Wannawow for help. If you receive promotional messages from Wannawow, you can ask Wannawow to stop; necessary service and billing messages may continue.
Client websites and external links
When Wannawow manages a client's website or business systems, Wannawow may handle information on that client's behalf under their instructions and Wannawow’s agreement. For requests about information you submitted to a client website, contact that business first. Links to project sites and other third-party websites do not make their privacy practices part of this policy.
International processing
Wannawow operates in the United States. Wannawow’s service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Updates and contact
Wannawow may update this policy as its services or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Wannawow will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
