This policy explains how Wannawow, LLC ("Wannawow," "we," or "us") handles information when you visit wannawow.com, contact us through email or our support form, or purchase our services. Client websites and other businesses linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Information we receive

• Inquiries and client work: information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, project details, correspondence, and materials or account access needed for agreed services.
• Billing information: customer contact and billing details, purchased services, invoices, subscription status, payment history, and limited payment method details such as card brand and last four digits. Payment information entered in Stripe checkout or its customer portal is processed by Stripe; our website does not collect full card numbers.
• Website usage and technical information: pages visited, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, and interaction events through Google Analytics. Our hosting provider may also process IP addresses, request times, URLs, and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver work, manage websites and domains, process billing, send service and renewal communications, keep business records, understand website usage, troubleshoot problems, and protect our services. We also use information when needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve billing and service disputes.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information with providers as needed to operate the business and perform the services you request. These include Resend for delivering support form submissions to our inbox, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Vercel for website hosting, Google Analytics for website measurement, and providers used for email, project work, domain registration, or ecommerce when relevant to your services.

Stripe also processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Vercel describes its handling of information in its Privacy Notice.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect rights, security, and safety. If the business is transferred or reorganized, relevant business records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Support requests are emailed to our team through Resend. The form does not upload files or store submissions in a website database. Copies of your request may remain in our email and delivery provider records.

Google Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure activity across visits. Google receives information from your browser when the analytics tag runs. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on on supported browsers. Browser controls may not prevent every form of technical logging. Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages use their own cookies and technologies under Stripe's policies.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including ongoing client services, business and tax records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. The period varies with the type of record and the reason it is held.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not email full payment card details or passwords.

Your choices and requests

You can contact hello@wannawow.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about its use. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal, accounting, or legitimate service purposes.

You can update billing details through your Stripe customer portal when available, or contact us for help. If you receive promotional messages from us, you can ask us to stop; necessary service and billing messages may continue.

Client websites and external links

When we manage a client's website or business systems, we may handle information on that client's behalf under their instructions and our agreement. For requests about information you submitted to a client website, contact that business first. Links to project sites and other third-party websites do not make their privacy practices part of this policy.

International processing

Wannawow operates in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
