Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms describe services provided by Wannawow, LLC ("Wannawow," "we," or "us"). Your accepted proposal, service agreement, or order identifies the work, price, and billing schedule. If it conflicts with these terms, the specific written agreement controls. These terms do not change an existing agreement without your agreement.

Services and scope

We provide website development, Shopify and ecommerce support, marketing systems, technical consulting, managed hosting, and domain management. Only the services included in your order or written agreement are covered.

Managed hosting includes website hosting, HTTPS and domain connection oversight, deployment management, and hosting troubleshooting. Unless expressly included, it does not cover email hosting, content edits, new features, redesigns, or ongoing work on third-party applications. Additional work is agreed and billed separately.

Pricing and hourly work

The price and currency shown in your accepted quote, invoice, or checkout apply. Hourly work is billed at the agreed rate for the time worked, with a description of the work on your invoice. Client-specific discounts apply only to the services and period agreed. Third-party fees and applicable taxes, if any, are identified separately.

Recurring billing

Hosting and domain management may be billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Recurring services are billed in advance and renew at the agreed interval until canceled. Checkout or your service agreement identifies the amount, billing frequency, and start date.

If you authorize automatic payment, Stripe processes the initial and recurring charges using your selected payment method. If we agree to invoice you instead, payment is due by the date on each invoice. Keep your billing email and payment details current. We will communicate price changes before they apply to a future renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop a renewal by emailing hello@wannawow.com before the next billing date, or by using the cancellation option in your Stripe customer portal when available. We will confirm email cancellation requests. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and service continues through that period.

Prepaid service periods are not automatically prorated or refunded when you cancel. If you believe a charge is incorrect or want to request a refund, contact us so we can review it. Any refund terms in your written agreement and any rights required by applicable law take precedence. Completed hourly work and authorized third-party expenses remain payable.

Domain management and ownership

You retain ownership of your domain and pay registration, renewal, and other registrar fees directly to your registrar. Our separate domain management fee covers agreed DNS and registrar settings assistance, renewal reminders, and domain connection support. It does not include the registrar's charges.

You are responsible for keeping your registrar payment method and ownership contact details current and for responding to verification or renewal requests. We need the appropriate access to manage your domain. Domain availability and renewal depend on the registrar and registry; our management service cannot guarantee renewal when payment, access, or required verification is missing.

Client materials and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for having permission to use it. Provide the access and approvals needed for the agreed work, and do not send passwords or payment card details by ordinary email. You retain ownership of materials and accounts you bring to the project. Ownership and licensing of new deliverables are addressed in the project agreement; third-party software, themes, and assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Availability and third-party services

We use providers such as Vercel, Stripe, domain registrars, and, where relevant, Shopify. Their availability, pricing, and service rules can affect the services we provide. We work to resolve hosting issues within our control, but do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular search ranking or sales result, or 24-hour support unless separately agreed.

Hosting does not include a separate backup or disaster recovery service unless stated in your agreement. Keep copies of important content and business records.

Nonpayment, misuse, and service handoff

If an invoice is overdue, we will contact you and provide an opportunity to resolve it before suspending service. We may suspend service immediately when needed to address unlawful activity, a security threat, or a hosting provider requirement.

If hosting ends, contact us before the end date to arrange transfer of the site and relevant access. Migration work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Canceling our service does not transfer ownership of your domain to us or cancel your separate registrar account.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with this website and our client relationships. We may update these terms and will publish the updated date here. Material changes to an ongoing service agreement will be communicated before they apply; posting an update does not by itself authorize a new charge.
